I am starting to get obsessed with learning more and more about strobes. All I did while I was sick the last 2 days was entertain my little girl and research strobist blogs and such :) What did I learn, you ask?....that I need more gear to do what I really really want to try and do.... :( Oh well, I figured I'd give this shot a try since the weather started getting crazy

We were shopping at Target the other day when we saw their accessory section had a ton of stuff at 75% off. We had tons of fun trying things on to get ideas for some photos and got Katie a hat that I thought was awesome to do a photo shoot around for like 4 dollars and because I'm married to a "gleek" a Glee t-shirt that was also $4! I wanted to try some more experiments

While the wife is at work, Daddy and his little girl decide that after dinner we would do a photo shoot together. I wanted to see what a little softer lighting with my new strobe and a little backdrop lighting would look like. Good thing I had a cute model on hand :) I only got a few pictures with the lighting as soft as I was going for thanks to an extremely mobile model
