I've decided that I need to help my husband out since he has been busy for the last little while. A wife has got to do what a wife's gotta do :D. We did a fun shoot for a friend of mine in August. She wanted to take some fun pictures of her little boy who was 7 months old at the time. It was a lot of fun and he was such a doll. I just love his facial expressions in some of the pictures. He was more excited for the things around him versus the people trying to make him smile. What a fun age and what a cute little family!

Congratulations Dustin and Brianna! Thank you for letting us do your wedding we had some great times, didn't we :). Now we get to show the amazing pictures that we were able to capture on the day of. The weather was ridiculous on the 29th of April as some of you know, but the groom and especially the bride (since she didn't have long sleeves) were troopers.

It's been awhile again.... But I've got tons to blog about. First up, a wonderful family I photographed a few months ago. The kids were amazing and once I unveiled the bubble gun they were totally cooperative! Thank you "S" family for an awesome photo shoot and a good time.

Recently I was able to photograph my good friends newborn twins. I hadn't photographed newborns up to that point so after a lot of youtube videos and a trip to the fabric store we crossed fingers and set out. ;) It was anything but easy, but thanks to trooper parents and lots of luck we got some awesome shots! Special thanks to the Felts for donating their precious babies time to help me get more experience

Off we go on a trek to happy valley where I have never done any shoots before. Me, my brother, my wife and my brother's fiancee all went to Provo to do my first bridal/groomal photo shoot. I think it turned out amazing. I have to admit dealing and maneuvering about with a big wedding dress definitely presented challenges I hadn't previously realized or thought about, but in the end we got some AMAZING shots. In the orchard we got a bunch of deer grazing behind Brianna. It was rad! I'm especially proud of the Utah lake shots. It was super overcast and looked like it was going to rain and everything was lifeless and drab but we pulled some incredible shots with my strobes. I think the single shot of Dustin looks like it could be a Forbes magazine CEO cover shot. I'm just sayin.... :) Anyway, I knew it was a good shoot when on the way home both my wife and Dustin's future wife fell asleep for most of the trip back. That's how my photo shoots roll!
